JUST IN: Omoyele Sowore Loses Grandmother

• The grandmother of Omoyele Sowore is dead.

THE NATION REPORTERS reports that Madam Comfort Olawoye, the grandmother of one of the 2023 presidential aspirants, Omoyele Sowore, is dead.

The grandmother died in the early hours of Wednesday

The activist made this known on Wednesday on his verified Facebook account.

Sowore, who recently travelled to his state, Ondo to kick off his campaign was glad to have met late Olawoye for the last time.

He added that his solace rests in the decent life she lived when she was alive.

“My grandmother, Comfort Olawoye just died. She lived well! Rest in Power, Mama and thanks for waiting around until we met some two weeks ago before heading out to the world beyond,” he said.

While condoling with the family, friends and followers of the activist, prayed for the repose of Olawoye’s soul and the fortitude for the family to bear the loss.
