NAOSS OAU Distributes Free Foodstuffs To Students (Photos, Video)
In its effort to provide welfarism for the students, the National Association of Osun State Students’ (NAOSS), Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU Chapter on Thursday distributed free foodstuffs to over 270 OAU students.
The executives of the association, such as the President, Oyeleke Opeyemi Timothy (Lugard), the Vice President, Akingbade Zainab Taiwo, the General Secretary, Yusuf Najat, PRO 1, Omisore Taiwo, Welfare Director, Adeyemo Jesulayomi, PRO II, Babatunde Qudus Abiodun (Babs) led the distribution of the foodstuffs at Social Sciences Biological Gathering in OAU.
The foodstuffs that were distributed to the OAU students include; rice, garrri, noodles, tomato paste, Biro and many others.
Speaking with our correspondent, the President of NAOSS OAU, Oyeleke Opeyemi Timothy (Lugard), said the association see the need to distribute foodstuffs to the students because majority of them were at school during the Christmas mas and New Year celebration and as as association who are committed to the welfarism of the students see the need to contribute their quota to the welfarism during the exam period and trying times.
