• Scores of Muslims have begun protest in Ile Ife over mosque attack by Oro worshipers.

THE NATION REPORTERS reports that hundreds of Muslims on Friday afternoon took to the streets of Ile Ife to protest over the attack of Idiomoh Mosque by Oro worshipers.

Recall that this medium had earlier reported that the Oro worshippers attacked the Imam of the mosque and other Muslims during their evening prayer with different cutlasses and charms.

It was learnt the ugly incident occured when the Muslims were about to observe their Salatul Asr around 4:30pm on Thursday.

The Muslims who were injured are presently receiving treatment at the OAUTHC.

Chanting solidarity songs, the Muslims numbering in their hundreds called for justice over the ugly incident.
