Buhari has backed southern presidency.

THE NATION REPORTERS reports that the President Muhammadu Buhari has, finally endorsed a power shift to the South in 2023.

He made this known in a dinner with All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential aspirants at the Aso Rock Villa.
