Owo Catholic Church Attack: This Country Will Never Give In To Evil People–Buhari

Buhari said that Nigeria will never give in to evil people while condemning the Owo Catholic Church Attack.

THE NATION REPORTERS reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed grief over the gruesome killing of worshippers at the St Francis Catholic Church, Owa-luwa Street, Owo Local Government Area of Ondo state.

Condemning the dastardly act, President Buhari said Nigeria will never give in to evil and wicked people.

The President’s expression of grief towards the heinous crime was made known in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adeshina.

He said, “only fiends from the nether region could have conceived and carried out such dastardly act, adding that eternal sorrow awaits them both on earth here, and ultimately in the hereafter.”

He further mourned the dead, comforted their families, the Catholic Church and the Government of Ondo state, charging emergency officials to swing into action and bring succour to the wounded.

“No matter what, this country shall never give in to evil and wicked people, and darkness will never overcome the light. Nigeria will eventually win,” he added.
